About This Spot

Grillers Latin Fusion Restaurant unfolds like a vibrant corner of Puerto Rico tucked away in the heart of Kissimmee. From the moment you pull into the parking lot, there’s an inviting sense of warmth that greets you—friendly smiles at the door, a casual bustle that hints at the rich, layered flavors inside, and the soft hum of music that sets a mellow but lively rhythm. It feels like stepping into a space where family, culture, and celebration converge without fuss or formality.

The atmosphere here strikes a relaxed balance between comfort and a touch of island elegance. Whether you’re seated indoors or outside on the patio where local tunes drift over communal tables, the mood encourages lingering over food and conversation. This is a place that invites you to slow down and savor moments in good company, with a pace shaped by genuine connection rather than the clock.

As the aromas of Caribbean spices and grilling fire mingle, the kitchen sends out dishes that offer a thoughtful fusion of traditional Puerto Rican staples with imaginative twists. You might find the soulful heft of mofongo paired with fresh, unexpected companions or vibrant sips like Mojito De Parcha and Piña Colada Virgin capturing the spirit of the tropics without tipping into cliché. Plates arrive with an ease that feels both familiar and carefully considered—each element balanced to bring out a sense of place and the love poured into the cooking.

From seasoned skirt steaks to playful takes on sushi rolls inspired by Boricua flavors, the menu feels like an exploration rather than a checklist. It’s a space where food becomes a language for sharing stories—of heritage, creativity, and the simple joy of gathering around a table. The service maintains a friendly attentiveness that mirrors the welcoming energy of the restaurant, making guests feel held in the moment rather than rushed through it.

In every sense, Grillers is not just a meal but a taste of island life offered with openness and ease. It warmly bridges the familiarity of local flavors with a polished touch that invites both newcomers and longtime fans to rediscover what Puerto Rican cuisine can feel like when crafted with heart and a bit of flair.

Amazing food, service & atmosphere!!! The food was delish! The drinks were on point. You have the option to take a nice take home hurricane glass. We loved it! A bit pricey but well worth the price. We spent $200 for 2 with tip. The drinks on the hurricane glass were $25 but sooo good. We had the Bacalaito for our appetizer. The food was authentic with a sophisticated flare to it. You will love this place like we did. Our server was courteous, energetic & very informative with great recommendations & we were not disappointed. Come check it out!

We were seated right away, and our waiter was very nice and took the time to explain the menu since it was our first visit. The lemonade wasn’t great — they said it’s made fresh, but it definitely tasted more like syrup. We tried both the mango and strawberry lemonades, and both were quite sour. The presentation of the food looked amazing. I had the fried mahi mahi with fries and the dipping sauce on the side — it was decent, had a nice flavor, just needed a bit more seasoning. My wife ordered the mariscos mofongo, and it looked great with a large portion. They also had live music, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Overall, not a bad experience — thank you!

I ate like a pig!!! Una mega hartada! I loved the place as soon as I arrived to park. Upon entering, a smiling lady greeting me, I said cheerfully "Quiero sentirme en La Isla!" She assured me I was at the right place. So hard to make up my mind from the delicious food choices either hand-held or platters. Once I was in San Juan with my son and tried authentic cuisine, so, picky me, I came looking for bacalaitos, arañitas, and alcapurrias to start with. My server Fabiola recommended a platter with two sides instead of arañitas alone, so I chose fried pork chops with an interesting rice, arroz masopao or something like that, my bacalaito, huge hanging from a wooden stand held with clips, and Puerto Rican sushi Elmandaito with the 100% PR flavors in it: maduros, steak, chicken, missing other ingredients. Everything absolutely spectacular and tasty! Price wise??? More than happy! Congrats to you all for your hospitality and great authentic PR Cuisine!!! A pleasure to meet you all!

Came here with my wife, my son, and even our dog, and we all had a great time. The vibe was super chill good music, friendly staff, and a nice outdoor setup where our dog could hang out while we ate. The food was ribs were tender and packed with flavor, the rice and tostones were perfect, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. You can tell they put love into the food here. It’s not easy finding a place where the whole family (dog included) can enjoy good food and a relaxed atmosphere, but Grillers Puerto Rico definitely nailed it. We’ll for sure be back again soon.

This is great restaurant with a high quality Caribean food. Every single plate is crafted to perfection. It feels like having the food brought straight from Puerto Rico. It def has one of the biggest menu I’ve seen in a Latin restaurant. Dont get fooled by the size of the restaurant cause is huge in flavor. Thanks Jesus for the outstanding service every time we go. I would recommend to reserve or come early during weekends cause is a real deal. Plenty of parking space and is right off the turnpike and 192. 25 minutes from Disney area. I would def recommend it to friends and family. Great job mi gente and see you soon.

Fresh and unique puertorican food Te transportas a la Isla. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, los meseros muy serviciales y la comida es espectacular. We went to check out this place after I came across a video of sushi boricuas con maduro y mofongo. When we got there I thought the wait was going to be like 30 to 40 minutes as it was sunday evening. But we were quickly given a table, we ordered and the food was served fast and fresh. We hadn't had bacalaito since 2017 and this hit the spot! The calamari was also crispy and fresh. Ww loved the atmosphere, the attention, and the food.

Grillers was increíble! The service was warm and friendly desde el principio, and our waiter Wilson was excellent—super attentive and amazingly accommodating. I ordered the mofongo de dorado and wow… absolutely delicious. Full sabor, perfectly seasoned, y presentado bello. The manager even stopped by to check on us—qué detalle más lindo. We left con un photo souvenir y unas copitas hermosas, which was such a cute touch. I would 100% come back again. Súper recomendado!
